Facilities

The school is a wonderful facility that offers students in preschool through 3rd grade many opportunities. Mountain View is under construction with the addition of a large gymnasium,  additional bathrooms and community access.  We expect completion of this project in November of 2017.  In addition our students enjoy our cafeteria, music room, enrichment room, and library . The outdoor facilities include a play area, a brand new play equipment structure and large playfields. Eight portable classrooms have been added to the campus to accommodate the growth in the Quincy School District.  We are currently remodeling our previous Junior High building to open as Ancient Lakes Elementary in Fall of 2019.  At that same time, our Quincy school district sixth, seventh, and eighth graders will move into our old high school building as Quincy Middle School and our high school students will move into a beautiful new Quincy High School complex just north of Mtn. View.

In addition to the daily classroom programs, the Mtn. View facility is sued by local community groups for after school activities. The excellent condition and maintenance of the building reflects the sense of pride our staff, parents, and students feel for their school.
